Return policy
If cigars are found to be defective or broken on arrival please contact us within 10 DAYS of receiving the cigars. We will send a replacement or refund your form of payment. The preference is yours. Cuban Cigar Co. Does does not accept returns past 10 DAYS, from day of receipt. All return packages have be authorized by Cuban Cigar Co. prior to shipping and the Client must provide Cuban Cigar Co with a tracking number immediately after sending return product.

THE CLIENT MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PURCHASE TOBACCO PRODUCTS – Cuban Cigar Co does not sell cigarettes of any kind. The purchase of tobacco products by a minor under 21 years of age and the provision of tobacco products to a minor are prohibited by law. A minor unlawfully purchasing or using tobacco products is subject to criminal penalties. Falsifying your age for the purpose of purchasing cigars is illegal. Cuban Cigar Co DOES NOT MARKET TO, NOR DOES CUBAN CIGAR CO, DELIVER TOBACCO PRODUCTS TO MINORS. If no one is available to sign for your package, we suggest shipping to your office or place of business or perhaps a neighbor. Cuban Cigar Co reserves the right to cancel any sale based on our sole discretion if we believe the Client is purchasing cigars on behalf of a minor. By clicking on any of the product links on the Cuban Cigar Co web site, the Client is confirming that he or she is of legal age in his location of residence, and agrees that as part of the ordering process his age may be verified in available age verification databases. SURGEON GENERAL’S WARNING – Cigar Smoking is considered hazardous to your health. Smoking Causes Lung Cancer, Heart Disease, Emphysema, and May Complicate Pregnancy. Smoking by Pregnant Women May Result in Fetal Injury, Premature Birth and Low Birth Weight. Cigar Smoke Contains Carbon Monoxide. Quitting Smoking Now Greatly Reduces Serious Risks to Your Health. Cuban Cigar Co shall have no liability to you or any third party for adverse health affects from usage of tobacco products. Tobacco related laws differ from one country to another. There are countries where importation of Cuban goods may be prohibited. By placing an order with Cuban Cigar Co, the Client confirms that he knows the applicable laws pertaining to the purchase and importation of Cuban Cigars from abroad to his shipping address. As the purchaser of the cigars from Cuban Cigar Co, the Client takes on full legal responsibility for bringing the cigars into his country. Cuban Cigar Co does not assume ANY RESPONSIBILITY for ANY TAXES, delayed shipments, or any further inconveniences caused by domestic Customs offices. Cuban Cigar Co is not in a position to be fully aware of all regulations pertaining to customs offices all over the world hence assumes that each Client is fully aware of the conditions and regulations applied by his domestic customs system. In the event Customs returns the packages to our warehouse, we will issue a full refund if and when the package arrives in our warehouse in re-saleable condition. Delivery is guaranteed except for situations that arise from Client error such as: – Wrong or insufficient address – Address change due to relocation or a move – Unsuccessful delivery due to customer not being present at the delivery address – Assumed loss of the package(s) after delivery (package tracking shows delivered but the Client says he has not received the package) The Client acknowledges that NO REFUND IS DUE if the package does not get delivered to the Client due to one of the above reasons. The delivery guarantee does NOT cover re-shipped packages as replacement for the non-delivered orders covered by the delivery guarantee. In other words, if Cuban Cigar Co is re-shipping you a particular order due to a previous delivery issue, there is no refund of any kind, if the replacement package does not show up. Additionally the delivery guarantee claim period is 3 months from the time the order has been shipped. Any claims beyond this period will not be honored.
